     William Murl Bottenfield, son of William Hail Bottenfield and Lib Ota Warrington, was born on 7 October 1907 at Kintyre, Emmons County, North Dakota.1 William Murl Bottenfield was the son of William Hail Bottenfield and Lib Ota Warrington.1

William Murl Bottenfield appeared on the United States census of 23 May 1910 in the household of William Hail Bottenfield at Logan School Township, Emmons County, North Dakota.2

In July 1913 William crossed the US-Canada border at Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada to start on their new homestead. On December 23, 1913, Lib Ota and the three children crossed as well.3

William Murl Bottenfield married Mary Louise Majoros in November 1942.3

William Murl Bottenfield died on 6 October 1987 at Kentyre, Rainy River District, Ontario, Canada, at age 79.1 and was buried at North Branch Cemetery, Deerlock, Rainy River District, Ontario, Canada.1
