     Eloise Blackwell, daughter of Ellis Blackwell and Kate G. (?), was born on 20 June 1920 at Mississippi.1 Eloise Blackwell was the daughter of Ellis Blackwell and Kate G. (?).1

Eloise Blackwell appeared on the United States census of 9 April 1930 in the household of Ellis Blackwell at Laurel, Jones County, Mississippi.21

Eloise Blackwell married Andrew Jackson Aycock.1

Eloise Blackwell died on 31 August 2009 at Mississippi at age 89. Her obituary, copied from the Findagrave Memorial stated:

Mrs. Aycock attended Laurel City Schools, Mississippi State College for Women, and Louisiana State University where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority.

She was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church in Laurel, where she was active in Altar Guild, United Methodist Women, as well as serving on numerous church committees. Active in community affairs, she was currently serving on the board of Lake Park Cemetery; was an active member of the Nahoula Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution; a former Docent at Lauren Rogers Museum of Art; former member of the Laurel Arts League, and was a life associate member of the Laurel Junior Auxiliary.

She was a charter member of Northwood Garden Club and was still active at the time of her death. Mrs. Aycock will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by husband, A.J. "Jack" Aycock; a son, Andrew Jackson Aycock, Jr; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Blackwell.

Survivors include daughters Katie Aycock Day and her husband, Jimmy of Biloxi, and Jan Aycock Jensen and her husband, Mark Jensen, of Laurel; grandchildren, Stacey Andrews of Hattiesburg, Stephanie Day of Baton Rouge, La., Steven Day of Biloxi, Jeremy Jensen of Bonita Springs, Fla., Shayne Jensen of Hattiesburg, and six great-grandchildren.1 and was buried at Lake Park Cemetery, Laurel, Jones County, Mississippi.1
