     Thomas Bailey, son of Thomas Bailey, was born circa 1823 at Cornwall, England.3 Thomas Bailey was the son of Thomas Bailey.4

Thomas Bailey married Sarah Clymo, daughter of Nicholas Clemmow and Mary Cock, on 13 January 1844 at Penponds, Cambourne, Cornwall, England, At the time of his marriage, Thomas Bailey is listed as a miner. Thomas Bailey signed the certificate and Sarah made her mark. The marriage was performed in the presence of James Martin and James Bailey and by Hugh Rogers Reitor.5

Thomas Bailey immigrated into the United States with Thomas Bailey on on 29 May 1848 at New York; He was accompanied by his parents and two brothers. They arrived on the ship Roger Sherman, having departed from Falmouth and Havre, which are in Cornwall, Great Britan.3

Thomas Bailey died between 1849 and 1850.6
