     Euphemia Arnott, daughter of John Hunter Arnott and Helen Monro, was born on 19 January 1905 at Crested Butte, Gunnison County, Colorado.2 Euphemia Arnott was the daughter of John Hunter Arnott and Helen Monro. Euphemia Arnott was named after Euphemia Pitcairn; Elsie Arnott Welch, sister of Euphemia Arnott, had told this researcher that Famie was named after a Euphamia Pitcairn. For a number of years it was unknown who Euphamia Pitcairn was. Then, in correspondence with a Hunter family researcher in Scotland, the mystery was finally solved. Euphamia (Pitcairn) Hunter was a great aunt of Euphemia Arnott and is buried in the Crested Butte Cemetery next to the Arnott family.1

Euphemia Arnott died on 8 November 1988 at Penrose Hospital, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, at age 83.2,9 and was buried on 9 November 1988 at Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado.10
