     Joseph Young, son of John Young and Sarah (?), was born in 1802 at South Carolina.1 Joseph Young was the son of John Young and Sarah (?).1

Joseph Young married Clarissa Mozelle Minor on 25 December 1834 at Washington County, Alabama.1

On 9 September 1860, Joseph Young appeared on the United States Census, at Choctaw County, Alabama, There are other members of this family listed but the initials used don't seem to correspond with the known names. More research is required.3
