     Anna Wilbourn, daughter of James Welborn Sr. and Isabella Mary Teague, was born on 1 November 1776 at Rowan County, North Carolina.1 Anna Wilbourn was the daughter of James Welborn Sr. and Isabella Mary Teague.12

Anna Wilbourn married Robert Parsons in 1789 at Rowan County, North Carolina.2

Anna Wilbourn and Robert Parsons lived circa 1805 at Mouth of Wilson, Grayson County, Virginia. Robert Parsons built the first brick house in Grayson Co. VA near Mouth of Wilson ca1805. The Robert Parsons Cemetery is on a hill behind this house, which was still standing in 2013.2

On 30 August 1850, Anna Wilbourn appeared on the United States Census, at Grayson County, Virginia, Anna is living with a son, John, and his family at the home built by her husband in about 1805.3

Anna Wilbourn died on 27 November 1865 at Wilson Creek, Grayson County, Virginia, at age 89.1 and was buried at Robert Parsons Cemetery, Mouth of Wilson, Grayson County, Virginia.4
