     Everett Webester Welborn, son of James Lawrence Welborn and Tabitha Welch, was born on 30 August 1853 at Mico, Jones County, Mississippi. He was also known as Shug.1 Everett Webester Welborn was the son of James Lawrence Welborn and Tabitha Welch.
