     Ed Bell Welborn, son of James Lawrence Welborn and Tabitha Welch, was born on 29 August 1860 at Mico (now Shady Grove), Jones County, Mississippi.2 Ed Bell Welborn was the son of James Lawrence Welborn and Tabitha Welch.
