     Lou Ella Ann Travis, daughter of Seth Travis and Almira Lou Colson Barbour, was born on 13 October 1866 at Jasper County, Mississippi.1,2 Lou Ella Ann Travis was the daughter of Seth Travis and Almira Lou Colson Barbour.1

Lou Ella Ann Travis appeared on the United States census of 1870 in the household of Seth Travis at Claiborne, Jasper County, Mississippi.3
