     John Allen Stevens, son of John Samuel Stevens and Rebecca Jane Adams, was born on 30 November 1869.2 John Allen Stevens was the son of John Samuel Stevens and Rebecca Jane Adams.

Apparently John A. Stevens was not mentally well -- either he was mentally ill or somehow brain damaged. He never married.
