     Christopher Rankin Stevens, son of John Samuel Stevens and Mary Adams, was born on 1 May 1861 at Clarke County, Mississippi.1 He apparently also went by Cecil He was listed as Cecil on the 1930 census and had a son by the name of Cecil..3 Christopher Rankin Stevens was the son of John Samuel Stevens and Mary Adams.
