     Cecil Rankin Stevens, son of Christopher Rankin Stevens and Mary Elvira (Ella) Shanks, was born on 19 November 1889 at Paulding, Jasper County, Mississippi.1,3 Cecil Rankin Stevens was the son of Christopher Rankin Stevens and Mary Elvira (Ella) Shanks.1
