     Elizabeth Roseberry, daughter of Mathias Roseberry Sr. and Sarah Hughes,, was born on 24 June 1799 at Greene County, Pennsylvania.1,2 Elizabeth Roseberry was the daughter of Mathias Roseberry Sr. and Sarah Hughes.2

Elizabeth Roseberry married Shadrach Mitchell, son of Thomas Mitchell Sr. and Eleanor Hill, on 13 November 1817 at Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania.1,21

Elizabeth Roseberry Mitchell was the maker of a memorial quilt about which Linda Otto Lipsett wrote her book, Elizabeth Roseberry Mitchell's Graveyard Quilt. This quilt is is at the Kentucky Historical Society in Frankfort, Kentucky.1

Elizabeth Roseberry died on 22 January 1857 at Kentucky at age 57.1,2
