     Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell, son of Shadrach Mitchell and Elizabeth Roseberry, was born on 26 November 1838 at Monroe County, Ohio.1,2 Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell was the son of Shadrach Mitchell and Elizabeth Roseberry.1

Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell married Fannie Belle Stark.1

Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell began military service on 10 January 1862. Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell served three years in Company C of the 22nd Regiment, Kentucky. He enlisted as a 1st Sergent and served as Quarter Master. He fought at Vicksburg. He was discharged by reason of promotion 5 Aug 1863..3,4

Shadrach Lindsey Mitchell died on 14 December 1930 at Mercy Hospital, San Diego, San Diego County, California, at age 92.1 and was buried at Ashland, Boyd County, Kentucky.1
