     Isaac Mitchell, son of Kent Mitchell and Hannah Wood, was born before 1786.1 Isaac Mitchell was the son of Kent Mitchell and Hannah Wood.1

Isaac Mitchell was included in the following regarding Kent Mitchell: On 2 Feb 1788 in Orphan's Court in Washington County, Pennsylvania, "The Court appoints Amos Gregg Guardian of the persons and properties of Elizabeth, Mary, Thomas, Sarah, Isaac, and Ezra Mitchel minor children of Kent Mitchel late of Washington County deceased."2

In 1810, Isaac Mitchell appeared on the United States Census, at Franklin, Greene County, Pennsylvania, Shown with 3 sons, a wife and 4 daughters.3

"Farm for sale by Isaac Mitchell of 1 1/2 west of New Castle, 200 a, large two story frame dwelling house, large barn and stabling, other out buildings, two large orchards, school house near premises and two churches within 1/2 mile."4
