     Mary Ella Lyon, daughter of John Calhoun Lyon and Artelissa Travis, was born on 2 November 1876 at Heidelberg, Jasper County, Mississippi.1 Mary Ella Lyon was the daughter of John Calhoun Lyon and Artelissa Travis.1 Mary Ella Lyon also went by the name of Dollie.1
