William Litzenberg, was born on 7 May 1790.1
William Litzenberg married Christina Bottomfield, daughter of John Bottenfield Sr. and Barbara Hammond, in December 1811 According to Parks, after their marriage they settled on a 158 acre farm in Jefferson Township, Green County, PA.1,2
On 26 October 1850, William Litzenberg appeared on the United States Census, at DeKalb County, Missouri.3
On 27 July 1860, William Litzenberg appeared on the United States Census, at Washington Township, Stewartville, DeKalb County, Missouri.4
William Litzenberg died on 16 February 1868 at age 77.1 and was buried at Presbyterian cemetery, Stewartsville, DeKalb County, Missouri.2
