     Buford Eugene DeVall, was born in 1861 at Ellisville, Jones County, Mississippi.1

Buford Eugene DeVall married Henrietta Virginia Welborn, daughter of Jefferson Ganes Welborn and Margaret Jane Walters.1

On 12 June 1900, Buford Eugene DeVall appeared on the United States Census, at Laurel, Jones County, Mississippi, He was working as a timekeeper in a saw mill.2

On 21 April 1910, Buford Eugene DeVall appeared on the United States Census, at Hot Springs Township, Garland County, Arkansas, Buford was a Justice of the Peace.3

Buford Eugene DeVall died in 1921 at Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas.1 and was buried at Ellisville Cemetery, Ellisville, Jones County, Mississippi.1
