     Susan Cooley, daughter of William C. Cooley Jr. and Mary Polly Davis, was born on 15 July 1839 at Jasper County, Mississippi.1 Susan Cooley was the daughter of William C. Cooley Jr. and Mary Polly Davis.12

Susan Cooley married Charles Pinkney Merrill, son of Abel Merrill and (?) Thomas.2

Susan Cooley appeared on the United States census of 1860 in the household of Charles Pinkney Merrill at Beaver Dam, Clarke County, Mississippi.32

Susan Cooley married W. H. H. Jones after 1871.2

Susan Cooley died on 13 January 1921 at Jasper County, Mississippi, at age 81.1 and was buried after 13 January 1921 at Shady Grove Cemetery, Jasper County, Mississippi.2
